How does Deluxe personal training work?
At Deluxe we invite all new clients in for a complimentary personal training session. This allows us to do some detailed goal setting and find out exactly what they want to achieve, why they want to achieve it and what obstacles have been preventing them from reaching those goals in the past. From there, we take our client through a freelance workout, fitness assessment, lifestyle consultation and develop an appropriate fitness programs and lifestyle regime tailored to them. This supports our clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
